Multani
Mitti has been in use in India since a very long time for skin cleansing and
more of a body pack as in face pack(to smear it all over the body for a while)
so that its natural earthy, clayey guna can be upayogi(beneficial) to the skin with
absolutely no side effects. It is also a therapeutic agent for a wide range of
skin diseases. Multani Mitti can prevent
pimples rather than remove it(which it also does) as it is nothing less than a vardhaan(boon)
for oily skin. It removes acnes and scars from injuries and is a great help in evening
uneven skin tone and thereby resolves tanning and pigmentation issues.
Many
had tried to process Multani Mitti in the form of a soap but with little
success. Patanjali Ayurved after much research has formulated a soap with which
Multani Mitti is now being manufactured. It has ever since; found a craze in
the likes of middle and upper strata society. Such a pleasing odour emanates
from Patanjali Multani Mitti soap, that after a hot snaana one can experience
such a mind numbing manmohak aroma. Consistent regular use adds glow to the skin
and brightens the skin tone. There is no substitute for Patanjali
Multani Mitti soap if any individual wants to enhance his/her saundarya. As an
addendum, using this soap in winter is ruchikara and highly pleasurable. Because
in summer, it is alleged to dry out the already dried skin while in winter it balances
the even with the odd and again this side effect is just speculation.
As
it’s a natural product, one need not worry about side effects except that Patanjali Multani Mitti soap is not good for
overtly dry skin, but this needs further onsight. No need to worry about TFM(total
fatty matter) as it is doubtlessly a bath soap and relatively a very
inexpensive one at that. There are other luxury soaps from various manufacturers
of whatever genre like milk, almond, honey etc but none are as effective as
Patanjali and are heavily priced ones at that also. Patanjali offers uttam quality
herbal soaps at very cheap rates. Other soaps of Patanjali are as follows:
1)
Patanjali
Panchgavya Kanti soap
2)
Patanjali
Neem Kanti soap
3)
